Catering
We are happy to offer sushi catering to you and your guests. We make everything from contemporary maki sushi to traditional Edomae sushi for birthdays, corporate events, or weddings. Please send an email to events@sushimodern.com to get in touch about your event.
Because sushi is a seasonal art form that selects the best ingredients at their peak, specific requests for certain fish cannot always be accommodated. However, we will do our best to source the ingredients that will make your event the best it can be!
Classes
Let us teach you the basics of sushi rice, maki rolls, nigirizushi, temperature control, and every bit of expertise that goes into crafting the perfect bite. We offer private classes for small groups (individuals, couples, families) as well as classes tailored for larger groups.
Guests will leave with a recipe book of sushi recipes handed down from four generations of sushi chefs for rice, nikiri, tamago, and more!
Sushi Boxes
Host Your Own Sushi Party!
We also offer sushi boxes delivered directly to you. Host your own sushi party with a selection of seasonal fish and ingredients tailored for your guests.
